We don't do this, and then we uselessly attempt to index everything else that's in the queue.
Another shutdown item. Blocking or Wanted seems appropriate

From what we can tell this isn't blocking, but it'd be great to deal w/ this. Sid, if you think this should block, let us know.

sid0, could this effectively cause a longish hang during shutdown, especially on first pass at indexing? bienvenu, should this be linked to any other shutdown bug dependencies?

I'm not sure if it would cause a longish hang, or if we would just shutdown in the middle of the indexing, but yes, I think we should include this in a general cleaner shutdown tracking bug.
