I just uploaded a test design, and I wasn't taken to the page where I select a background display color. It skipped to the final "thank you" page. Tried again and it worked, so not something I've recreated multiple times. But thought I'd mention it anyway.
Can you attach the file you used?
Talked with Tara, she uploaded a jpg, which doesn't get a color picker.

yup! Sorry guys. I realized what the issue was right after Ryan said "attach the file". Props to you for placing that auto-detect on JPGs.
