One account is wp1070748-mail, the other is wp1070748-catchall. I can create the first one without problems, the second one gives me this error messages: Ein Konto mit diesem Benutzer- und Servernamen existiert bereits. Bitte geben Sie einen anderen Benutzer- und/oder Servernamen ein. Translation: An account with this user and servername already exists. Please specify another one. The usernames are different, altough the first character are the same. Is the complete string used for comparance ? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. create first account, works. 2. create the second account, fails. 3.

(different login to an IMAP server with different user id) Did you specify "User Name=wp1070748-mail" for account definition of wp1070748-mail and "User Name=wp1070748-catchall" for account definition of wp1070748-catchall? Hi, I updated to 3.0b1-candidates/build1 and something strange happened. After first starting, I saw the account wp1070748-mail twice in the left folder structure. I deleted the second one, after that I could create the second account wp1070748-catchall without problems. Somehow the 3.0a3 must have cloned the first account, but it was not visible. So the error-message presumbly is more related to the doubled first account and not in creating the second account. Thanks for your help and pointing my to the new beta.

When test of Bug 303542 with Tb2 or old builds in the past, dup'ed account due to Bug 303542 in folder pane was not observed. I tried Bug 303542 with Tb trunk 20081125 build today, and I could see dup'ed account in folder pane. Did you change Host Name/User Name after initial account definition in the past? Did you re-use Host Name/User Name(used in first account definition) in second accout definition?
