It should activate the plugin and show the pdf but it doesn't.

and it does.

So i guess there's something this is a bug

teh first link gives me an unknown file type.  the second link doesn't seem to
do anything (even thogh the console reported the page loaded)

Second link works, first one just loads the HTML portion in 20000818 WinNT4. 

I suspect there's something a little awry with the CGI behind the first URL, but 
this would need further investigation, and probably a copy of DynaPage.taf, 
whatever a .taf file is :-)

OK, I installed PDF and tested and the first one I see the PDF splash screen and
hear disk activity then it disappears.  Over to Plugins.  COnfirmed with 082313
mozilla build on NT

this affects. [need info] about what % of Acrobat files/pages this affects.
