Make Navigation Toolbar again YELLOW when accessing HTTPS websites.
Under Linux Mandriva 2009,Windows XP,Windows Vista
For last version of Firefox 2. Navigation Toolbar is YELLOW for HTTPS web site
=> it is OK
Under Linux Mandriva 2009,Windows XP,Windows Vista
For all version of Firefox 3. Navigation Toolbar is WHITE INSTEAD OF YELLOW for HTTPS web site
=> it is a regression for the user's security.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the url web site https with last version Firefox 2 to https://www.paris-enligne.credit-agricole.fr/
This an example : checked with other https web sites.
2.Go to the url web site https with since all version of Firefox 3 to https://www.paris-enligne.credit-agricole.fr/
This an example : checked with other https web sites.
3.You see the difference between both versions on the color of the naviation toolbar
Expected Results:
For all version of Firefox Navigation Toolbar must be YELLOW for HTTPS web site.
( if the security and X509 certificate was verified true of course ).

Not a security-sensitive issue.
This change was made intentionally. Weird that the summary for this bug is the same as bug 448261... if you're filing duplicates, it's not helpful, though this is a different user account.
