This is the same as bug 462863 but for the RCT menu. We could in fact hit the same issue here:
1. Go to a website that requires a prompt login (user/passwd), e.g. https://projects.maemo.org/homepage was my testcase.
2. Close the tab
3. Restart Firefox
4. History -> Recently Closed Tabs
Actual result:
You're asked for username/password of the site (just for retrieving the favicon).
