We're more or less frequently creating new repositories for l10n, both on l10n-central and releases/l10n-mozilla-1.9.1. It'd be good if those would be picked up automagically by the update scripts.
Don't think this is really possible without some type of list mxr could use...
Timeless said on irc that he had a script to get that, and that he'd only had to merge the two. I usually key off http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/?style=raw and friends for things like this, I guess he does so, too.

mxr is gone, mass closing.
https://searchfox.org/ is a much better alternative.
