User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.0.4) Gecko/2008102920 Firefox/3.0.4
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.0.4) Gecko/2008102920 Firefox/3.0.4

Yesterday I could view details of my payments/checks/debits through my account at the Bank of America website. Since my Firefox updated this morning I can't view details any longer.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sign in and view account
2. Click on "View/Edit Details"
3. Sit and wait and wait and wait with no luck
Actual Results:
Nothing happens, the browser just sits there

Expected Results:
I should be given an image of my cancelled check

I have no idea what themes, etc. are. All I know is that I'm not given a choice to accept or deny an update, my Firefox automatically updates when updates are available. Because of this I have been stopped in my tracks on a project I was working on. Below I selected "Critical: The software crashes, hangs, or causes you to lose data." because I believe the Firefox browser is "hanging" and that's why it's not allowing me to view my cancelled check details. This is CRITICAL for me... I've had to move to the Safari browser!! That's CRITICAL to Mozilla...
Thank you for this report. However, in order to make it more useful, please follow the steps found at http://new.quality.mozilla.org/bug-writing-guidelines and report back with your results.

I can not confirm without a login.

I'm sorry, I don't have time to go through all that stuff at the "bug writing guidelines" page. I'll just have to use Safari. =( Thank you. Diane

Please know that it's not because I don't want to but rather because the learning curve for me to figure out how to do everything that page asks me to do is so huge that it would take me days/weeks to figure out. I'm a self-employed mom of a special needs child and my time is already so incredibly short. And on top of that, I don't even know HOW to "confirm this issue"... So please don't be offended. I wish you the best. Maybe please ask whoever is in charge of updates to please don't make the updates automatic. If I'd had the opportunity to "deny" the update then I could still use Firefox, which I've always preferred over Safari. Have a good weekend! Diane

I completely understand, i myself am a volunteer, as are most on bugzilla. Thank you for reporting this issue. BTW, you can make updates not automatic (though it is not good to do so) in the options.
Resolution: FIXED → INCOMPLETE
Thank you for that information about how to make it "not automatic"! And thank you for being there to help others with Firefox. =) Take care of yourself! Diane
Resolution: INCOMPLETE → FIXED
Please leave this as INCOMPLETE. FIXED is for when a patch is checked into the tree.

Ummm... I didn't set it for "FIXED" or any other setting... And I don't know how to set it as "INCOMPLETE"... ?? I'm sorry...
