Details
The ref platform docs for win32 (https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReferencePlatforms/Win32#Version_7) have: 1. Go To Control Panel -> Windows Firewall 2. Click on the 'Advanced' tab. 3. Click on ICMP -> Settings 4. Check the box for 'Allow incoming echo request' 5. Hit OK, OK. This must not have been applied, or it got lost, because I just went around moz2-win32-07 thru 18 and did that manually, so that nagios could PING those machines. We need to fix this for future VMs.

No doubt we just finished doing a bunch of cloning, but lets fix this before we do any more.
