The refresh/reload button at the top of the browser will not work. When the refresh button is clicked, the web page that is loaded into view does not refresh. None of the web pages I have visited will refresh/reload with the most current firefox browser.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to any web page.
2.click refresh/reload button.
3.page will not refresh/reload.
Actual Results:  
page did not reload.

Expected Results:  
should reload/refresh the page.

Well, that's weird. Now my Firefox browser's "refresh/reload button" works OK. It must have been a temporary glitch or so it would seem (for now anyway).
