User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1) Build Identifier: version 2.0.0.18 (20081105) Both my daughter and myself have experienced this recently on seperate computers on the same home network. In my daughters case she saw a confirmation of a travel booking and it went when she tried to open it.It has not gone into another folder. Mine have not been important emails which I have been expecting. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.Click on a particular email in a group of new emails whilst mail is still arriving 2. 3. Actual Results: Email vanishes Expected Results: Email should open
Do you setup any filters that could move the file ?
