DNS, Nagios.

sm-try1-win32-slave aka try1-win32-slave
sm-try2-win32-slave aka try2-win32-slave
sm-try1-linux-slave aka try1-linux-slave
sm-try2-linux-slave aka try2-linux-slave

These are stopped, shut down, and nuked from VI.

If we can put the new slaves in nagios as well, that would be good.

try-linux-slave01 to 03
try-win32-slave01 to 03
try-mac-slave01 to 02 (sm-xserve15 should already be there?)

Removed from DNS and Nagios. Seems to have already been pulled from inventory.

Also added nagios for the new slaves.

Aki, I've disabled notifications for the avg_load checks on try-win32-slave01/03 because it's not a useful test on windows. All three of try-win32-slave01/02/03 need the fix from bug 468201 to make PING happy.
