This file no longer exists, and I can't reproduce the assertions on OSX.

gfx/src/thebes/nsThebesImage.cpp was removed as part of mozilla-central rev b94bc4be53ca (bug 753). These two assertions were moved to modules/libpr0n/src/imgFrame.cpp as part of that commit.
