STR:

1) Visit http://www.wuot.org/h/programming/gridNov08_printable.htm
2) Invoke Print dialog
3) Click "Preview" or "Print"

AR: Unrecoverable hang.

ER: Print Preview or printout of page.

Sample of Firefox 2 hanging is attached; Camino hangs with a very similar trace on both Intel and PPC.

Trunk (Gecko 1.9) is not affected.

I haven't tried to reduce this to a simpler testcase yet, either, but I'd be happy to do that if someone thinks this is something that's likely to be fixed. If this is just going to be a "well, sucks for Gecko 1.8 folks" bug, I won't waste my time.

It's probably a case of "well, sucks for Gecko 1.8 folks" kind of bug. 1.8 is almost end of life now.

WONTFIX on Gecko 1.8, then; WORKSFORME on 1.9+.
