My SSH connections to sm-chat01 on mpt-vpn are timing out.  I need to access this server to test live chat csat for bug 458713.
This is blocking finalization of the SUMO 0.8 release, which needs to go out next week.
Severity: major → blocker
Sandbox/stage machines aren't blockers, though.
I believe they are when they block software releases that represent q4 goals for webdev and marketing.

It was powered down and there was vmware trouble powering it up. Thanks to phong, it's back up and reachable from mpt-vpn again.
