Firefox does not manage correctly duplicate "Open With".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download a file a choose the "Open with" option (Firefox save it as filename.ext)
2.The file has changed server side
3.Download the same file and choose "Open with" again (Firefox save it as filename-1.ext)
4.Open the download manager
5.Double click the latest entry to get the newer version of the file (filename-1.ext)
Actual Results:  
Firefox opens the first version of the file (filename.ext), in fact you could open the file 30 times, only the first one is referenced by the download manager.

Expected Results:  
Firefox should open the file it saved as filename-1.ext

Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode or a fresh profile? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.

I still see this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 and with safe mode enabled.

While I'm suffering from this bug frequently on 3.6.13, it seems to be fixed on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b12pre) Gecko/20110204 Firefox/4.0b12pre
