The tooltip on form button is always the last tooltip shown instead of the right tooltip

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
2. Move your mouse over the red mozilla dinosaur and wait for the tooltip.
3. Move your mouse over the login button and wait for the tooltip.
Actual Results:  
You will notice that the tooltips are the same! It happens on all web sites.

Expected Results:  
No tooltip should appear or the correct one!

The login button has no tooltip. This could be caused by an extension; please retest in safe-mode: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

You are right. 

Actually, the bug is caused by google toolbar! 

The translate option of the google toolbar causes this bug.
