Please publish surveys.mozilla.org. The code is in /projects/surveys.mozilla-europe.org/tags/production/.

We're planning to launch two surveys tomorrow (Dec 12):
- Firefox in Your Country
- Localization QA & Testing

The "Firefox in Your Country" survey will be launched in several locales, so chances are that I'll file another bug tomorrow in order to late-update the localizations. But the "Localization QA & Testing" survey is ready to go right now. Hence this bug.
