Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0
I use Firefox regularily. When I try to use networking site called orkut, firefox crashes. Also when I try to go to any user profile in Orkut, it crashes. When I start firefox agian, I get option of restart previous sessions and start new sessions. Other sites work fine.
Same problem is happening on two different systems. I have Windows XP SP2 as OS. But on few other computers, things work ok.
I tried using Firefox 2.0.0.18 and 3.0 versions. I also tried it on 3.0.0.4 version of Firefox. Result same for those PCs. There is something wrong with firefox only. So many other applications work nicely without any problems.
So many times I used Windows send report option after crash. It would be helpful if you can help me please solve this problem.
In case you need any more help or you need technical details of bug, please let me know. I would be happy to report those. But please I want this to be solved asap.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox.
2. Sign in gmail or www.orkut.com.
3. As soon as u click any profile of orkut.com, Firefox crashes. This happens everytime for this site.
4. Other sites works nicely.
Actual Results:
I got windows crash report windows with 'send report' and 'do not send report' optinons.
Expected Results:
It should have worked without crash.

That's just the user agent for the browser used when reporting. Nonetheless, updating would probably be a good idea, though not relevant to the bug.

We'll need a crash ID or stack trace to do anything here. Closing as INCOMPLETE. Re-open if and only if you can paste a crash ID or stack trace.
