User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; en-US; rv:1.9.1b2) Gecko/20081201 Firefox/3.1b2
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; en-US; rv:1.9.1b2) Gecko/20081201 Firefox/3.1b2
I been unable to download files from download.com or mozilla.com, recieving the following error message every time. "C:\DOCUME~1\Eric\LOCALS~1\Temp\cu56bjKo.exe.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.
Try again later, or contact the server administrator."
When I try to save images from the internet to my hard drive the window comes up asking me where to save them and once I hit save nothing happens, not even an error message. I tried (unsuccessfully) to open the download manager
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the URL I have listed.
2. Right-click on any image and click save image as.
3. Go to tools, and select downloads
I have only had these problem with 3.1b2, it goes away if I revert to 3.1b1.

Reporter: Can you try to go the URL about:plugins and see if the problem still persists after doing that?
