Fun though it is to have two things in the tree named mangle.c, and to have a mangle.exe that winds up in dist/bin/ that isn't the mangle.exe that's checked into the tree, I think we can do without that sort of fun. Given the choice between removing the one that shlibsign uses to be sure it can tell if one bit in a binary has changed and the one that was used in 1.7 and before to do 8.3 <=> real file name mangling, I think the file name mangler should be the one to go, what with the whole "it hasn't been used in several years now" thing.
