There are cases where you want to skip fetching details bug information. I wrote this patch originally for a case where there simply was a huge volume (the recent bmo-reorg during the Firefox+ Summit in Whistler.) of bugmail at once, and while reporting the changes was easy, the bug lookups were quite intensive and slowed things down to a crawl.

Otherwise, in general, I can imagine cases where people simply didn't want 2 (or more, + requests to their bugzilla.) lines per change.

Default remains enabled, of course, and this is a global on/off, not per-channel or anything.
