The characters representing "AM/PM" for these locales appear in the timepicker before the time value. Only about 1/2 of the second character is displayed.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Windows XP, go to Control Panel, select "Date,Time,Language and Regional Options"; select "Change the format of numbers,date and times"; select Regional Options tab.
2. Choose Korean or Chinese(Taiwan)
3. Open a timepicker element in the browser (see attachment)
Actual Results:
Only half the second character appears
Expected Results:
Should display both characters fully
