Talos bugs should be filed against mozilla.org:Release Engineering Talos - having a second component is just making life confusing.

I thought Testing:Talos covered code changes to Talos, and Release Engineering: Talos covered maintenance of the machines running Talos. The distinction is kind of bothersome to have to worry about in practice, I guess, but is it true that bugs in those components are always going to be covered by the same people such that keeping them separate has no use?
Both talos code requests and talos machine maintenance go through Release Engineering - I can understand why the distinction was initially put in place, but, at this point, I think that it is just confusing.
