Sometimes I open a Web page and Flash begins to speak or to play music. Sometimes it happens at night while people sleep nearby. It is bad.
So there should be option to ask whether to play sound similarly to that it is asked whether to open a popup window.

Flash sound is not under the control of firefox, open a ticket with flash to get this fixed.

marking as dupe of bug 24418 but it's notg possible for plugins lilke flash because they play sound without Firefox control
