470013 - Cannot drag and drop images from FF3 into Photoshop CS2

Unable to drag and drop an image from a webpage into photoshop. File extension does not seem to matter as none of them are able to be dropped.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a webpage with an image
2.Grab the image with your cursor and drag it into photoshop
3.Try and drop the image. (Image will NOT drop)
Actual Results:  
nothing, the image refuse to be dropped into photoshop

Expected Results:  
firefox3 should drop the image into the photoshop application as it has done in previous versions of Firefox.

FF 1 and 2 both where capable of dragging and dropping into photoshop but none of the FF 3 builds have been able to.
