Right now, our paused state looks remarkably like our completed state; that is, an icon, two lines of text, and no progress indicator. The second line of text looks very similar to the second line of text in a completed download, particularly at-a-glance. If I've started another download in the meantime, or done something else to select another download, I won't even have the other visual cue of the resume icon in the toolbar (assuming I have Pause/Resume in the toolbar and have the toolbar displayed). As a result..."whoa, that download is still paused and I've forgotten all about it while looking at that other bug for Sam!"
I think we could improve the UI here by displaying some sort of badge or other indicator on the icon or in the ProgressView to indicate a download is paused. (We may not want to use the paused icon itself, since users may try to click on it to restart the paused download or something...dunno).
