Will get greater value out of the results generated by these machines if they are on an active development branch.

I haven't altered that builddir, as that would involve updates to the machines themselves to fix their talos-slave directory structure along with their apache config.  My hope here is that I could land this patch and the rest would happen auto-magically.

If that's not true I'm happy to fix up the builddir to match the format of the rest of the moz-central builddirs.
