At the top of the page next to "My Stuff" and "Log Out" is a link to "Webforms"

If I follow it through it lets me see who's filled out the forms and what their answers were, their ip etc. http://www.spreadfirefox.com/node/3199/results and http://www.spreadfirefox.com/node/3199/submission/x (Where x is a submission number as viewable in the results, without the x it takes me to a page to fill it out myself).

Hopefully just a permissions issue.
