470361 - Add "About" page to footer

A link to </kb/About+Firefox+Support> should be added to the website footer.

I thought this was done via tiki-admin.php?page=look, but that change is not taking affect, and I see that <http://svn.mozilla.org/projects/sumo/trunk/webroot/templates/styles/mozcommon/footer.tpl> is used instead.

What about "About Firefox Support" or "About support.mozilla.com", rather than "About this site"?

"About Firefox Support" is fine with me. "support.mozilla.com" is just an address though, not a name.
