Details

The View | Character Coding menu items always seem to be disabled in Composer. I am running a Mac trunk debug build from today. Note: these items are enabled in the browser window.

Kathy, Character coding menu items become disable after you start typing. When you open the Composer at the first time, you should see them enabled. I checked this in 2000-07-31-04 Mac and Linux build. Before I start typing in composer, the Character coding menu items are enabled. Then, when I start typing any characters in Composer, they will become disabled. This is the spec.
Okay, then mark as invalid if that's the spec.
