Reporter: If you use a regression keyword in the bug then add a timeframe when it worked. I can confirm this issue with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; rv:1.9.1b3pre) Gecko/20081220 SeaMonkey/2.0a3pre and it worked in a ~4 days old build. Disabling TM makes it working again

This regressed around 11 Dec 2008.
I see descriptions when I move over the thumbnails. Either this was fixed at some point in the last 3 years or the removal of the tracer made it moot.
