upon clicking ''Bookmarks'' but not always but often enough to really **** me off it keeps asking if i want to bookmark the current website address. this should only occur if i click on ''Bookmark this page'' button.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.don't know of any

Actual Results:  
1-start pc
2-start web browser
3-click Bookmarks

Expected Results:  
a control form appears that allows to save the web page link

it should have done nothing after clicking ''Bookmarks''
