RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 348997

People

(Reporter: mrlint+bugzilla, Unassigned)

Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.0.5) Gecko/2008120121 Firefox/3.0.5
Build Identifier:

When using an authing proxy inital startup of the browser triggers a number of proxy login dialogs (one for each saved tab, extensions that attempt network, checking for extension updates, and the like).

After these are cleared by logging in, all subsequent network access proceeds transparently.

So I think that if there is a 407 and its from the the same proxy host, all the requests should queue and the credentials should be passed down the queue for the other auth requests.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set auto proxy config with authing proxy
2.
3.
Actual Results:
Multiple proxy auth dialogs.
