When using the "Remember values as bookmarkable template" button on the Enter Bug page to create a prefilled enter bug template that uses flags and requestees failes to bring up a enter_bug that has correct flags and requestees set.

I suspect the JavaScript block used to enable/disable flags based on the component selected is interfering here. Or maybe flags are simply not set based on the input values as seems to be the case for most other similar bugs affecting bookmarkable templates.
Still a problem with 3.7.1.

With this patch applied, all flags are gone. They are no longer displayed in the UI.
