1. After clicking on the Bookmarks menu I can move the mouse pointer all over the screen. The bookmarks list remains in the dropdown position until I click on a bookmark or anywhere on the screen. The bookmarks dropdown list is closed only after that click.

2. I tried to drag and drop a tab to the bookmarks menu. It is very easy to move the mouse outside the bookmarks drop down list even by 1 mm. The bookmarks menu is closed immediately. Sometimes, it takes 3-4 attempt to successfully drag and drop a tab. The list of bookmarks should remain on the screen until I release the mouse button. In this case the click should not be required, releasing the button should be sufficient.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Move the mouse to the tab name or the little icon just to the left of the address bar.
2. Press and hold the left mouse button.
3. Move the rectangle with the tab name above the Bookmarks menu.
4. After a less than a second delay the list bookmarks drops down.
5. Move the rectangle that you hold with the mouse outside of the margins of the drop down bookmakrs list.
6. After a short delay, the bookmarks menu is closed.

In real life, it all happens very fast. The list of bookmarks should remain on the screen until I release the mouse button.
