Bug 305039 adds support for Unicode strings in the installer. Probably this just changes the contents of setup.exe, but we should test that it doesn't break signing Firefox 3.1b3. Similarly, this is a good time to check that sign-release.pl and the main code base haven't drifted out of sync in the way that the installer is glued together.
I'll need to test this as part of the bug 467310 anyway.

This won't actually get tested for bug 467310 since the installer changes are in 3.1-only.

... which means it should be on my plate.

I signed some test builds for 3.1b3 and the installer looked just fine, but I asked Robert and Ehsan to also take a look at them.
I tested the fa build on both XP and Vista and they both work fine.
No issues on our side to resolve either, so sending this to FIXEDland
