There is a bug in the buildbot setup that expect the previous leak/bloat logs
to exist. Since this requirement is _before_ it ever gets a chance to backup up
the current logs, it will always fail. For now, I'll manually copy the current
log files, buildbot needs fixing for this.

Not sure where this should go, but this has nothing to do with the Tinderbox server, afaict.
