User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; Windows-Media-Player/10.00.00.3990) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.18pre) Gecko/20080917 Sunbird/0.9 Tasks without dates applied simply disappear from the task list when sunbird is closed and reopened. Tasks with dates applied are added to the calendar but are removed from the task list. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: without dates 1.Add a task, do not assign dates 2.Click the Close and Save 3.Exit Sunbird 4.Reopen 5.The task is not displayed in the task list with dates applied 1.Add a task, assign start and end dates 2.Click the Close and Save 3.Exit Sunbird 4.Reopen 5.The task is not displayed in the task list Actual Results: If no dates are assigned to the task, they are simply gone if sunbird is closed and reopened. If dates are assigned, they are in the calendar (look like events). On entry, they show up in the calendar and the task list. On re-open of sunbird, the task list is empty Expected Results: Task list should show task items with or without assigned dates. Sunbird .9 is the first install on this computer. No themes, only default add-ons are installed.
Version: unspecified → Sunbird 0.9
What type of calendar do you use for storing? A local calendar? A local or remote iCalendar file? A CalDAV server? A Google Calendar? ... Do you see any related error messages in Tools > Error Console?
It is a local calendar and there are no related errors in the error console.
