tools/options/content

I check block pop up windows then hit ok.

Later on I get tons of pop ups. I go back to tools/options/content
and the "block pop up windows" is now unchecked

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.tools/options/content

2.check box "block pop up windows",click ok then exit
surf my normal websites
3.pop ups start...go back in "block pop up windows" now UNCHECKED
Actual Results:  
goes away for a short time then ..starts all over again

Expected Results:  
blocked the pop ups

I don't know if it unchecks itself after I close out firefox 3.0.5

I just don't know why this ONE setting constantly changes..while all the rest I set then forget, and they always stay the same

I am unable to reproduce the problem you are seeing in Firefox 3.0.5.  Also, this isn't a security bug that needs to remain hidden, so I am going to unhide it.  You may have more luck solving this by visiting our support site:

It's known that some addons may cause this.
Please use the firefox safemode http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode to check that.

U can not reproduce the issue, please use the support (see comment#1).
