firefox 3 upgrade keeps popping up and trys to dowload, tr just stays there trying to download,nothing happens It has done this 6 times ,how do I get rid of it ?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.pop up
2. trys downloading
3. notten happens.. just runs,and runs and runs !
Actual Results:  
pop up will just pop up anytime it feels like it 

Expected Results:  
 I just z it out 

 siftware will not stop downloading

You can download the full version from Mozilla.org.
Are you using some kind of firewall that could block this or do you use a proxy and forget to add https in the proxy settings ?
