Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1b3pre) Gecko/20081230 Minefield/3.1b1pre Firefox/3.0 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

somebody removed it, it should be back, it doesn't matte where mozilla want to put a new tab button by default, toolbar should have this option.

Especially nowadays many people use netbook, with small screen resolution, many like me, would hide tabbar when only one tab is open, in this situation,, no new tab button is a big hassle!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open firefox
2.customize toolbar
3.
Actual Results:
no "new tab" button available

Expected Results:
should be available

Its mind boggling, why eliminate option for a potentially mass group of people? Its not what one mozilla developer think is right. its about users. Minimalistic is not what firefox stands for, I can simply goto Chrome or Opera if thats what I want.
