Deleted software entirely and reloaded latest firefox, exact same problem, begins playing a message in mandarin + background music. That is immediate to open firefox not selecting any specific url.

Deleted all I can find in folders reference Firefox but same problem when download again, immediate play of message

Seems to me Alibaba has an integrity problem.

2.reloaded new from mozilla
3.same problem again and again

fresh opening without automatic contamination would have expected?

The member message from Italy should not be the problem, suspect invasion of Alibaba!

We really have not been able to make much sense of this. What did you get from Alibaba? What kind of advice were you given, and how did you receive it? (mail?)

Reinstalling Firefox will not delete your "profile" data (which includes things like your bookmarks, but also any addons installed). You could launch in "safe mode" to see if that stops the problem, and if it does that will point the finger at profile data. Information about running in "Safe mode" can be found at http://support.mozilla.com

Many thanks as reinstalled & then failed again my opinion is the exchange we had been engaged in with Alibaba [simple trade inquiry] played chinese music, not pleasant sounding very rough signal but would not shut off or permit re-entry back to home page Alibaba.

Interestingly when accessed your web site via Safari program and left my advice, subsequently opened the alibaba email advice from my thunderbird program, suddenly recovered Firefox and played as normal without music

Must have been an issue with Alibaba??
