When the all tabs buttons is pressed with Firefox on a secondary monitor, the all tabs preview will align to the side.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up 2 tabs
2. Put Firefox onto a secondary monitor
3. Click the all tabs button
Actual Results:
The all tabs preview is not centered but rather aligned to the edge of the screen.

Expected Results:
The all tabs preview should center to the Firefox window independant of which ever monitor is used.
