Need a way to disable Printplus from CommunicatorOverlay.xul

Currently, CommunicatorOverlay.xul has both PrintPlus menu and the help menu
items creation laid out. In AIM, we need to pull in only the help menu item, and
ignore the printplus option. We need a way to ignore printplus when we overlay
communicatorOverlay in App.xul.

If you still have "Print" as an function in the menu, then we should keep "Print
Plus" which always goes not to the Print funtionaly.
If we don't have Print in IM, then we can pull Print Plus.

Is this still an issue? We don't see 'Print Plus' in any of the AIM menus.

Resolution: --- → WORKSFORME
Aim now has print enabled wherever it makes sense like IM and Chat window. In
case of standalone window, we have a print item which is disabled.
So currently, We dont need ot disable PrintPlus, it is working correctly in Aim
