when NS_MAEMO_LOCATION is defined, building Fennec on Maemo will have a geolocation provider that uses the GPS. Currently, for whatever reason, it isn't being defined. The build goodness that controls this is: http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/configure.in#6108
