STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
===================

- organizer creates a recurring event and invites invitee 'A'
- 'A' accepts the event, but deletes a single event of this rule
- organizer adds invitee 'B' to the rule
- 'B' accepts the recurring event
- check the invitee list of the event deleted by invitee 'A' in the organizers calendar
RESULT:
=======

- the attendee list contains only invitee 'A' (status 'I will not attend')
- same result in the calendars of attendee 'A' and 'B'

EXPECTED RESULT:

- attendee 'B' should also visible because the accepts the whole rule
