Mary, when you receive the design PSDs would you please attach them here?

We'll start by cutting up the PSDs into straight HTML/CSS.  From there we can work on making it fit with the Drupal template system.

Some subtle notes that are worth writing down...

Site-wide header:  There will be 3 different versions (each has unique background pictures, structure shouldn't change).  Each should be easily interchangeable.

CTA blocks...
  - each should be clickable.  Clicking will link to the "Learn more" location
  - hovering over the block should highlight the "Learn more" link with the circle, as shown in the design files
  
Top foxes block:  there are two tabs. these should be made so we can add JS for switching between them

Photostream:  will need a carousel-like scrolling feature (may affect HTML layout) 

Login/user status block:  
  - show user name and "Log out" when user is logged in.
  - show "Log in" otherwise, should link to /user

Events page, main feature:  should be clickable and highlight "Learn more", just like homepage CTAs
