Attached file reduced test case
In a <select> box with multiple <options>, when moving the mouse upward over an option, there is a underline displayed (or vice versa depending on if the drop-box opened upward or downward). Move the mouse back down the list and the underline disapears. This is seen on mozillazine's jumpbox at the bottom of threads.

See attachment for reduced testcase which does not work for some reason in its own .html page. But copy and paste the code to here http://htmledit.squarefree.com/ and you can reproduce it.
Summary: <select> entries have underline when on mouse movement over each entry → <select> <options> have underline after mouse movement over each entry

While attaching this screenshot, I also see this bug in the content type drop-down list.
Is this trunk only?

WFM on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.0.5) Gecko/2008120122 Firefox/3.0.5

and

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1b3pre) Gecko/20090108 Shiretoko/3.1b3pre
Yes, trunk only.
Ok, I'm lame I'm duping this against bug 472769, because that one is filed slighty earlier and for some reason I can't reproduce with the testcase in this bug. I guess the reason for that is that I'm using the classic theme and it also seems to depend on the position of the select drop down or something.
