There were some changes in hg made to these strings in this bug: http://bugs.aviary.pl/show_bug.cgi?id=691, we'd like to fix them in Firefox 3.0.x, too.

This is minor rewording of issuer-not-trusted messages, nothing critical, but still nice to have in a stable release, too.

a=me for landing in 3.0.7. Sorry for the late notice, but tree closure for that is today, so please land asap. And use the fixed1.9.0.7 and verified1.9.0.7 keywords to track landing and testing as usual.
